Planning your wedding is an exciting and important adventure, and we're here to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Venue Details & Services

  • The Pavilion can accommodate around 250 guests. Please discuss your seating and dancefloor requirements with our team to provide you with an exact figure.

  • Yes! Our magnificent hall can be used for both the ceremony and reception. We also have a garden and outdoor seating area which backs onto one of our bar areas which can also be used for the ceremony. There is also space for a large marquee in the garden.

  • Full exclusive use of the Pavilion which includes a large main hall, various bars / cafe area and our wonderful garden.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • We do not provide in-house catering. We can recommend local caterers who are frequently booked by our happy couples!

  • Of course! Please discuss this with our team so we can coordinate everything smoothly for your big day.

  • Yes, you will liaise with one of our wedding planners throughout the booking process and they will be with you on your special day for all your needs.

Booking & Availability

  • Send us an email to weddingevents@spctteam.com if you’d like to confirm availability.

  • We would recommend booking at least 1 year in advance to get your preferred date, but we will happily take much shorter notice bookings if the dates are available.

  • We require a £500 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Final settlement of the bill is to be paid 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.

General Information

  • We can be flexible and will happily show you around anytime, including evenings and weekends! Send us an email to weddingevents@spctteam.com to arrange a suitable time.

  • Yes, we have ample parking on site which includes disabled access.

  • We do not offer accommodation but there are numerous hotels in the area: Strathpeffer.org - Places to Stay

  • Strathpeffer Pavilion is the perfect blank canvas to host your special day, discuss your requirements with our team and we will be happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

  • Yes, we can certainly recommend suppliers we work with frequently and who our couples regularly choose! We will be happy to discuss these with you.

Policies & Restrictions

  • We do monitor noise levels to support the local community but we have never needed to address the noise levels to the detriment of any of the wedding or music event.

  • We have a fully licensed bar available to keep the celebration going! The bar closes at 1am, so last call will be announced a bit before then to give everyone time to grab their final drink.
